Baby want a Dwink?

Ok, I'll be honest with you here. We do try to keep the "baby talk" to a minimum around our house but nothing could be cuter than when my baby takes a "dwink" using her Dwink.

This unique mom invention was thought up after Dwink founder, Yvonne Huang did numerous testing on other drink holders and they couldn't live up to her standards. If she still had to say, "Don't squeeze!" to her kids then they just weren't good enough.

Dwink is made in the U.S.A and known as the universal drink box holder by many. You'll find that most drink boxes fit into its handy shape.

Hailey and Noel are drinking Aqua2Go...learn more about that fabulous invention HERE.

This unique product has even been featured in Real Simple, check it out (click on image to enlarge)!

You can pick up one or several Dwink box holders HERE for only $4.99. That's a STEAL ladies and gents! We'd also like to give you a chance to...

WIN IT!

We have a Dwink box holder to give away to one luck MTW reader! The holder is orange, as pictured to the left.

To enter, leave a comment on this post and let us know what YOUR most used baby word is (if you have one). Ours is actually "bwankie". It's just too cute not to repeat. This contest will end on Friday, September 7th at 10 pm CST.

Good luck!

My son loves to say tickle tickle. :)

There are so many with a 2 year old just really getting into talking but my favorite is probably "sure". He says is all the time right now - so I find myself saying it back to him.

I love it when a child tries to say my name. IT comes out balery instead of Valerie.

My son doesn't say tons of words yet, but he does sign and I'll find myself signing his way instead of the proper way. Like "more" which is tapping the ends of the fingers together...he taps his fists and I tend to do the fists when I'm signing back.

The Dwink is really cool!

my 2 year old speaks pretty clearly, but her favorite work by far is: "Pookie" -- which is short of Pooh Kitty (our cat who we call "Pooh")

Here are some in our house

(both of these words are used often)
Ketchup = checkup
porch = horch

a friends daughter I looked after for several years would say "hoegee" when she wanted to be picked up.
hoegee = hold me

At first I was like, why would I need that? Then I read the "don't squeeze the box" reminder and it all came to me! AHH! GENIUS! Sign me up!

My son used to stand at the foot of the stairs and whisper "poppy" when he wanted to go to bed becase he had a stuffed dog (puppy) up in his bed he slept with.

My son is growing up fast & losing much of his baby talk (tear) but we still say poddy, and ni-nigh (goodnight/bedtime) he says wuddu (love you) but he used to say too for that, it was so cute. Oh and he just reminded me that nanich is sandwich. I guess he still has a little baby talk in him.

And Dwink!? Genius!

We say "Fwee-fwee" for horse since our 16yo dd was very little! We can't let that one go. And we call her Nini now after her little sister named her that, its just too cute to let go of.

There are many more with 7 kids.

Our 2.5 year old speaks well, but I love how he says animal. It comes out, "aminal." I get confused and almost call it that too! And he says he "forleft" something instead of "forgot." And his brother is "We-am" instead of "Liam." There's a couple!
